Returns Policy
We have a 14 day (2 weeks) return policy, which means you have 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for returns, your item(s) must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original packing with tags included.
- Free from any stains, odor, or signs of wear.
- Shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nurabynoor.com with your order details. Once your return is approved we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please note: Nura does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Damages and Issues
At Nura, we strive to ensure that every piece you receive is flawless. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@nurabynoor.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
