We currently ship only within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $50 USD.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays) 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on the way. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are: 

Standard Shipping (U.S) : 5-7 business days 

Expedited Shipping (U.S) : 2-3 business days 

Lost or Delayed Packages 

Once your order has shipped, Nura is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for support.

Address Changes 

Before checking out, please double-check your shipping address.

If you need to make changes after placing your order, email us right away at contact@nurabynoor.com . We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has shipped, we can no longer make modifications.
